Your whole leadership team, on camera. One strategy.
People buy from, work for and do deals with people they feel they already know. We build that for the founder and the three to five leaders around them, then film it around a busy exec calendar.
Established businesses with more than one face worth knowing
This is built for companies past the start-up stage, where the founder is no longer the only person clients, recruits and partners deal with.
Franchise groups
The founder carries the brand. Area leaders and the support office make it feel real to franchisees, staff and locals.
Real estate agencies
The principal sets the tone. Every agent and property manager on camera turns listings into relationships.
Multi-location clinics
Patients choose people, not logos. Your lead clinicians explaining what they do builds trust before the first booking.
Law and accounting firms
Partners already sell on reputation. Short, plain-English video puts that expertise in front of the right clients at scale.
One content engine, three jobs
A founder on camera builds a brand. A leadership team on camera builds a company people want to deal with. Here is where we aim it.
Candidates meet the team before the interview
Good people want to know who they will work for. Leaders talking about how they run things does that job long before a job ad does.
Clients feel they already know you
When a prospect has watched your people explain their thinking, the first meeting starts warm. That is the whole point of personal branding, multiplied by your team.
More doors open for your senior people
Partners, referrers and buyers follow people. A visible leadership team gives every one of your leaders a reason to be contacted.
Built around your calendar, not ours
Your leaders have day jobs. The process is designed so the founder gives the most time up front and everyone else gives very little.
Strategy session
We work with the founder on the one story the company tells, and the lane each leader owns inside it.
FounderAngle calls
A short call with each leader. We pull out the stories and opinions they already have. Nobody memorises a script.
Each leaderOne filming day
We set up once at your office. Leaders rotate through their own slot with on-set direction, so nobody loses a whole day.
Everyone, in turnEdited and published
Back within days of filming, not weeks. Each leader approves their own videos on their phone before anything goes out.

Straight answers
How much of each leader's time does this take?
Very little of it is filming. Each leader does a short angle call with us, then comes to the filming day for their own slot rather than the whole day. Reviews happen on their phone. The founder gives more time up front, in the strategy session.
What if some of our leaders hate being on camera?
That is normal, and it is our job, not theirs. Nobody memorises a script. We interview them about what they already know and direct them on the day, so they are explaining, not performing.
Whose accounts does the content go on?
Wherever it works hardest: the founder's and each leader's own LinkedIn and Instagram, the company pages, and the careers page. That is agreed in the strategy, account by account.
Who approves what goes out?
Every leader approves their own content before it is published, and the founder or marketing lead signs off the plan. Nothing goes live without a yes.
How much does it cost?
Every strategy is custom, because a founder plus three leaders is a different job to a founder plus six. We quote after the strategy call.
