Samantha runs a cleaning business. When we started, her account had 1,759 followers and no real presence. The after screenshot, published on getknown.com.au with her permission, shows 26,900 followers, 150,600 likes, and individual videos at 4.6 million, 2.2 million and 788,300 views. This page walks through what was done and where every number comes from.
A cleaning business owner with a small account and no real content presence. The before screenshot shows 1,759 followers. Nothing about the business was broken, the work was good and clients were happy. It was simply invisible to everyone who had not already hired it, which describes most trade and service businesses in Sydney.
We positioned her around the cleaning problems people actually search for and film through to the end: the bond clean nobody wants to do, the oven that looks unrecoverable, the carpet stain with a story behind it. Then we filmed and published consistently. No stunts and no trends chased for their own sake, just transformation content built on her actual jobs, batched so filming fit around running the business.
The after screenshot shows 26,900 followers and 150,600 likes. Individual videos reached 4.6 million, 2.2 million and 788,300 views. Those are the figures we can point at a record for, so those are the figures we publish. We are not publishing watch time, enquiry counts or revenue for this client, because we cannot source them to a document we can show you.
Transformation content carries a built in story arc. A viewer sees the mess, feels a flicker of doubt that it can be fixed, and stays to see the reveal. Cleaning delivers that arc on every single job, which is why a cleaning business with no following can produce content that outperforms polished brand campaigns. The craft is in the hook, the pacing and the consistency, not in inventing something to film. The jobs were always there. They were just going unrecorded.
Side by side before and after profile screenshots, currently published on getknown.com.au, shared with the client's permission. That is the standard for every case study Get Known publishes: if we cannot point at a screenshot, a dated message or the account itself, the number does not go on the page.
Her account grew from 1,759 followers to 26,900, with 150,600 likes showing on the after screenshot. Individual videos reached 4.6 million, 2.2 million and 788,300 views. The before and after screenshots are published on getknown.com.au with her permission.
No honest agency will promise you that, and we will not either. Every account, audience and product is different. Content is aimed at results, it never guarantees them. What we can commit to is the same method: positioning around what people actually search for, batched filming and consistent publishing.
Because every job is a transformation with a built in before and after. Viewers stay to see the reveal. Most service businesses have the same raw material and simply never film it.
Filming was batched, so a session produced content for weeks. The point of the system is that the owner keeps running the business while the content runs in parallel.
Screenshots, dated client messages and the accounts themselves, published with client permission. If a figure cannot be traced to a record, it does not get published. That rule costs us impressive-sounding claims and we keep it anyway.
